The Fleurieu Leafy Sea Dragon wines are from specially selected dry grown vineyards in the Southern Fleurieu region, south of Adelaide. The hand picked fruit also comes from the Simic family vineyard that produces Australia’s most exclusive wine, the Parawa Estate Ingalalla.
Each of the wines in the Leafy Sea Dragon range are beautifully crafted to match with elegant foods. They are neither too heavy or too light and showcase the varietal character of each wine.
Sea dragons are perfectly outfitted to blend in with the seaweed and kelp formations.
These wines have cool climate complexity with natural acids reminiscent of French wines, but with a purity of character that only Aussie fruit and expertise can deliver.
